Data deletion

You can disconnect your store and have your data deleted at any time.

1. Revoke access on eBay

In your eBay account, go to Account settings → Third-party app access (or permissions) and remove Soldvio. We immediately lose access to your store.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email support@soldvio.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and delete your stored data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.

Automatic deletion

When eBay notifies us that a user has closed or deleted their eBay account, we automatically delete the related data we hold.
