Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Soldvio website and services. Your individual service agreement with us sets out the scope, fees and duration of the work we do for you.

Our services

Soldvio provides eBay store management, including listing optimisation, order handling, promotions, buyer communication and reporting, using access you grant through eBay's official tools.

Your account

• You remain the owner of your eBay account, listings, customers and funds.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of product information and for complying with eBay's policies and applicable law.
• You can revoke our access at any time from your eBay account.

Our responsibilities

• We work within eBay's User Agreement, API License Agreement and selling policies.
• We keep your data confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not guarantee specific sales results, as marketplace outcomes depend on many factors.

Fees

Our service costs a flat $1,000 per month, the same for every client. The plan continues month to month until you cancel it. We will never change your fee without asking you first. eBay's own selling fees remain your responsibility.

Your prices and updates

We never change your listing prices without your approval. You receive a store report by email every month, and an email straight away about any critical update, such as a price change.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. When the service ends, we stop accessing your account and handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
