This policy explains how Soldvio ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and our eBay store management services.

Information we collect

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address and eBay store link.
• eBay account data that you authorise us to access through eBay's official OAuth process, including listings, inventory, orders, promotions, buyer messages and performance metrics.
• Buyer details contained in your orders (such as shipping name and address), only as needed to fulfil those orders.
• Basic technical data from our website, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To provide the store management services you have engaged us for.
• To show you reports and dashboards about your store's performance.
• To communicate with you about your account and our services.

We do not sell your data, and we never use buyer information for marketing or any purpose other than handling your orders.

eBay access and passwords

We never ask for or store your eBay password. Access is granted through eBay's official authorisation page, and you can revoke it at any time from your eBay account settings. Access tokens are stored encrypted.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while you are a client and for up to 90 days afterwards for reporting and accounting, unless the law requires longer. When eBay notifies us that an account has been closed or deleted, we delete the related data.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with access controls, and available only to team members who need it to serve your account.
